SHIPPING AND RETURNS
ORDERS PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If you have questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
DELAYED ORDERS
In the event of a processing delay, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays are not the seller's responsibility. For delayed orders, please contact the carrier first for the status of the item.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Montecito Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the carrier. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Some countries are not eligible to ship orders.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped via air freight in the US. Therefore, any items not authorized for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Refunds are allowed within 10 days of purchase of eligible merchandise. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging and box intact, with original tags attached.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund. If your refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If the item you wish to exchange is of greater value than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. If the item you wish to exchange is of lesser value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
