Do I need to open an account to place an order?You can complete an order as a registered or non-registered customer. If you are a new customer and would like to register, you can click the Register button to enter your personal information. Your address will be filled in directly through the order form registration.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?Shipping typically takes up to 5 business days in the US and up to 10 internationally.

How much tax do I have to pay?Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. You will have to pay them on the price shown in the online store.

Can I change or cancel my order once I have confirmed it?We can cancel your order, change an item, size or edit the billing or shipping information before the items have been prepared for transport. Please note, we cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been confirmed. If you need to make any changes, please call our Customer Service at +1 (786) 991-2328

How can I track my order?Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the DHL, FedEx or USPS tracking number so you can track it during its journey. If you are a registered customer, you can track your package by accessing your account in the My Orders section.

How can I return or exchange an item?Making a return or exchange is very easy. You have 10 days to decide if you want to return an item. You just have to request a return authorization number (RMA) from your account by filling out the required information.

Will my order be refunded in full?We will refund the amount according to the payment method selected to place the order. In case of cash on delivery orders, the amount will be refunded by bank transfer. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the items are defective or incorrect. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been shipped within the United States. Outside the United States, taxes and customs charges are not refundable. You can recover these charges by contacting your local customs office directly.

Is it possible to get a voucher instead of a refund?In case of a return, you can choose between a refund, an exchange or a voucher.

What does it mean to add a product to the waiting list?Adding a product to the waiting list means that, in case the product is available again, you will be informed immediately by email.
